- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Place the thinly sliced cucumbers onto the cream cheese layer, arranging them evenly. For extra flavor, you can lightly salt the cucumber slices before placing them on the bread.
- Top each slice with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down, to form a sandwich. Press gently to secure the layers.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully trim the crusts off the sandwiches for a more elegant presentation. Cut each sandwich into small rectangles or triangles, perfect for serving as dainty tea party bites.
Notes
