  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Add Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Stir to incorporate.
  6. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the sauce and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  8. Stir in fresh parsley and serve immediately.
