  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into even pieces. Rinse the basil leaves and pat them dry.
  2. Arrange the Salad: On a large platter or individual plates, alternate slices of peaches, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Arrange them in a circular pattern or any design you prefer.
  3. Drizzle and Season: Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the arranged salad. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
